The Pre-Screening Survey is the first step in the process, and it helps us determine if a Lease Application will meet the minimum requirements set for each property by its individual Landlord. This information will be reviewed by myself and the Listing Agent, and it will not be shared with 3rd Party Vendors unless permission is given. I will email you the Lease Application Documents needed to submit your application. If the property is right for you, I will assist you in submitting your Texas Residential Lease Application and other required documents. If not, I will assist you in touring additional homes to help you find the right one.
